Dark Matter is created in Banchory, Scotland by two brothers; Jim and John Ewen. Their curiosity drives them, while science inspires them. Combining their knowledge and imagination, the brother pursue the flavour through systematic study, observation and experimentation. The first rum distillery in Scotland.

Heady aromas of zesty orange and soft powdery cocoa. Bright citrus balanced by rich chocolate. Satisfyingly well-rounded finish with a lingering hint of spice.
