Aged in a solera founded in the 1930s, this long-aged Pedro Ximenez is dense, dark and complex with notes of fig, date, raisin and liquorice. Sweet and intense with a bitter touch to compensate for the sweetness. 

This needs big food to complement it, such as blue cheese or dark chocolate, but also makes a delicious ice-cream sauce.
