Slingsby is a London Dry Gin that's proudly from the Yorkshire town of Harrogate. Slingsby is named after William Slingsby, a traveller who discovered the Tewit well and its unique water properties in 1571, the waters were thought to have healing powers and were prescribed on the NHS up to the mid 1900s. Slingsby Rhubarb Gin is made by hand picking the finest Yorkshire Rhubarb; it goes through a five stage process which includes an assurance that only the best quality Rhubarb is used to make this exquisite spirit.
