Southwestern Distillery's Cornish Pastis is the first pastis ever created in the UK. A traditionally French spirit made with star anise and liquorice, alongside other exotic herbs, they have given it their own spin, using Gorse flowers that the master distiller foraged himself from Cornish cliff tops and water from a local spring. The result is a richly smooth spirit with bags of citrus and aromatic flavour.

Tasting notes:
Candied black liquorice, fresh orange zest and freshly picked garden herbs on the nose. Gentle cracked black pepper spice, fresh fennel and fragrant orange blossom on the palate. Very full bodied with creamy texture. Extremely long finish, but with a dryness to it. Lingering herbal complexity, citrus freshness and gentle sweet spice.

Pairs perfectly with:
A dash of water or cloudy apple juice.
