- Tasting Note - Very light ruby colour. Fragrant medicinal dark red fruits and earthy, vegetal notes. Light in body but not thin in flavour. Very Juicy and very fresh. Serve slightly chilled. Made in a traditional ‘talha’ – the local name for large clay amphorae – this is part of the collaborative NatCool series of wines. The idea is that these should be naturally made, drinkable, affordable wines with moderate alcohol, sold in litre bottles.
