Tasting Note - The hand-harvested grapes are fermented under temperature-controlled conditions, to prevent the juice from getting too hot and losing its aromatic fruit flavours. Aged in American barriques for about 12 months, it has an elegant and intense aroma, with notes of ripe plum, cherry jam, tobacco leaf and cocoa, followed by notes of white pepper spice. Rich and indulgent.
Great with - Creamy blue and aged cheese, pizza, pasta, grilled and roast meats.
