A sweet, robust liqueur from Del Maguey, Crema de Mezcal is made with a blend of 90% San Luis del Rio mezcal and 10% pure agave syrup. Aromas of soft smoke, roasted agave, stewed apples, pears, smoked almond and black pepper fill the nose, followed by notes of guava, pineapple, coconut, espresso marmalade and black pepper throughout the palate.
