A tribute to the 10 generations of the Ferrand family who have built up their eponymous Cognac house since the 18th Century. This is aged in French oak with 20% in Sauternes casks, and retains a freshness despite its rich character.
Honey, caramel and apricot on the nose, with dried fruits and baked pear on the palate.
