Our innovative spirit, perfect for gin lovers. Our 100% organic spirit, distilled with our unique combination of classic gin botanicals and local Scottish plants to create a rich and floral spirit. It’s our barley spirit that really makes the difference adding a malty, fruity undertone that plays exceptionally well with our chosen botanicals. Perfect with tonic or in any classic gin cocktail.

Our ten botanicals are a mix of traditional gin flavours with locally foraged plants: juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, chamomile, grapefruit, bog myrtle, thyme, sorrel, heather.

Not technically a 'gin' due to the lower initial ABV before the neutral spirit is redistilled with its botanicals, and the different balance of flavours where juniper may not be predominant flavour. However, treat it like a gin when drinking it and you won't go wrong. Plenty of ice, with tonic, a slice of grapefruit and a dash of bitters. A refreshing classic, updated. Fabulous in a Negroni.
