Lochlea Fallow Edition Single Malt Whisky

The third in the series of seasonal limited releases from Lochlea, an independent family-owned distillery in Ayrshire. Fallow Edition (First Crop) has been matured entirely in first-fill oloroso sherry casks, for plenty of rich, autumnal fruit character. This single malt Scotch whisky is made with barley grown on the Lochlea farm and has been bottled non-chill filtered.
Aromas of plums, red berries and freshly baked banana bread that fill the nose, complemented by notes of dried fruit, leather, malt biscuits, aniseed and rose petals throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
