Nose: Caramelised nuts and chocolate mousse, with a crackle of cinnamon and cassia.
Palate: Still quite chocolatey, with honeyed apples and a touch of sweet orange appearing.
Finish: Sultanas, raspberry jam on toast, vanilla pod, and black pepper.
Overall: Instantly recognisable as a superb Speysider.
