- Tasting Note - Chery is a tiny single vineyard site shared by three producers that produces outstanding fruit. Pitch perfect elegance, there is real winemaking skill on show here, balancing exuberance and restraint can not be easy. Exotic floral notes, an opulent wine but not in a rich way, perfumed, notes of bergamont, apricot, peach and a touch of cream, mandarin peel and that ginger spice all expertly woven together by a bright mineral core. I could drink this all night. Enjoy now and for the next 3 - 5 years.
