- Tasting Notes - A bright, strawberry-pink rosé made from a blend of 60% Espadeiro and 40% Touriga Nacional; both dark-skinned varieties. The skins are left with the juice at the start of the fermentation process so the colour is extracted to make the wine a rosé; no oak is used. The wine shows strawberry and raspberry aromas, complemented by a refreshing lime acidity and a touch of spritz on the finish. Sweet.
