- Tasting Note - intense notes of overripe apricot with a special spiciness. The wine is full-bodied but at the same time also soft thanks to the aging in oak barrels and the beautiful acids. The skin of the grapes is also fermented (which gives the amber colour) therefore the wine has very pleasant soft tannins.
- Great with - turkey with courgette and smoked cheese, pork medallions fried with baked smoked cheese, chicken livers in bacon with mushroom cream sauce, but also garlic shrimp and even spicy dishes. With blue cheese it becomes very buttery.
