- Tasting Note - A classic blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes that have been grown in this region for generations. The grapes are lightly pressed and aged in both large oak barrels and stainless steel prior to blending; producing a typically soft style of Valpolicella with cherry and blackberry fruit. Quite dry, medium-bodied, best drunk young, but will soften over the next couple of years.
