- Tasting Note - This wine is simply bursting with life - bramble, plum and blackcurrant fruit aromas complexed with garrigue herb, citrus and forest floor with gentle spice in the faint distance. The palate is similarly crammed full of juicy, tangy, sweet-sour black fruit. The result is an utterly delicious, life-affirming, yet far from simple wine - it keeps you coming back for more! Soft tannins, medium-full bodied. Unfiltered, unfined, no sulphites added. Very easy to drink.
