- Tasting Note - The name `BOB` Short for Kate references his family`s love of the television show Blackadder and the wine maker's late sister. A bright, brambly, seductive cherry red hue with aromas of wild berries, cherries, raspberry, sous bois and a hint of green spice with lifted high clairvoyant notes. The flow through to the palate is sublime with a continuation of these precise red fruits with some green olive notes, wound up with a sinewy tautness. This provides a chewy supple elegant warmth to the palate with an elegant deportment providing a long and intelligent finish.
