ABV - 11% - Tasting notes - Refined sparkling Italian white that offers that step up in quality from Prosecco, despite the similar price tag. Dry, delicate and slightly aromatic. Light straw yellow in colour, the pour displays a creamy white crystalline foam with fine, persistent perlage. The nose has aromatic nuances of white flowers and jasmine, whilst the palate is dry and soft with a long finish of floral sensation.
- Great with - all meals as it's very versatile, risotto, fish dishes, or just have it as an aperitif.
