- Tasting note - This is a super food-friendly wine. Think of it as an alternative to a delicate Pinot Noir. Lots of expressive, fruity, intense aromas of cherry with notes of violets and raspberries on the nose and the fruit comes through again with lovely intensity on the palate. The tannins are supple making the wine silky on the palate with lovely length. A wine that pairs well with almost every dish (even ones with a little spice). Complex, drink it now, or cellar it for another year.
