- Tasting Note - Made from the rare dark-skinned Black Muscat variety. It has a rose-like aroma, which led Quady to name the wine Elysium, Greek for heaven. Intense palate full of sweet rich velvety fruit, Elysium is a a hedonistic wine lover's dream.
