Fair Extra Old Rum
Fair Rum is produced using only Fair Trade Certified sugar cane from Belize, grown using organic and sustainable farming methods. It is then aged 4 to 6 years in American oak barrels in Belize, South of Mexico and East of Guatemala, before being shipped to Cognac to be bottled. A unique sipping rum with unique roots and terroir.
This is full and delicate, aromatic with spicy notes and a long finish. It is neither too sweet, nor harsh. It has hints of vanilla, chocolate and pear.
SIGNATURE COCKTAIL: OLD FASHIONED
Place a brown sugar cube into glass. Wet it down with 2 or 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and a short splash of water or club soda.
- Crush the sugar cube, add 1 ice cube and stir until the ice and sugar have dissolved.
- Add a large ice cube. Pour in 60 ml of FAIR Rum and stir. Garnish with lemon and orange twists.
