- Tasting Note - A one-off reserve sparkling wine, six years in the making and only 1,200 bottles produced – this has been a special project Ben has worked on since Flint opened its doors in 2016. Made from Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, the VMV is a blend of the best juice from across three vintages, ⅔ aged in oak, secondary fermentation in bottle, and aged on its lees for a further three years. Bottled 2019. Disgorged 2022. Rich and sumptuous, ripe apple, toast and pastry.
