- Tasting Note - Expressive fruit. Intense aromas of red and black fruit, strawberry, raspberry, peach. The freshness of the Grenache Blanc is carried by the complex aromatics of the Grenache Gris des Sables, largely dominant, moreover exacerbated by the maceration. A few tannins of the Grenache Noir, here and there, gently add to the body. Is it a light red or a dark rosé? Does it matter?
