A diabolically delectable gin liqueur, made using Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin as its base. This vegan friendly gin liqueur uses natural and ethically sourced fresh Rhubarb & Ginger. The label depicts the story of the old Victorian railway line nicknamed ‘The Cuckoo Line’.

Clear, pale pink colour (think Provence Rosé). There is a crisp rhubarb on the nose with ginger coming through on the palate along with the pine character of juniper and a spirity lift. The acidity of rhubarb and sharpness of ginger are a brilliant foil for the sweetness of the liqueur, while the gin base adds a lovely freshness to the lasting finish.
