Marrying a deep, rich naturally spiced Organic Shiraz with Orange, New South Wales, Organic un-wooded Chardonnay and native pepper berry, wattle seed and native thyme followed by cinnamon, clove, star anise, nutmeg, ginger, bitter orange, dried fig and dried cherry.
