- Tasting Note - Very rich, tasty and creamy white with a predominance of fruit. This is the first aroma that appears on the nose, but then the notes gradually evolve towards revealing smoky notes, yellow herbs and spices, with peach, lemon peel. The palate is fresh and ripe, with good acidity. Very well balanced, dry and zesty. Try this instead of a Sauvignon Blanc.
