Tasting Note - Delicious Rioja joven from top estate Conde de Valdemar. Unlike most wines from the region, it isn't oak aged and so majors on fruit. You could even drink it lightly chilled Beaujolais style with salmon or tuna. Crunchy strawberry and black cherry, very fresh with a mineral stony finish.
Great with - BBQ meat, red or white, cold meats and even light cheese, chilled with salmon or tuna.
