Palo Cortado Tradition VORS is a complex fortified wine that is fine and elegant on the nose, has bitter almond notes, a pastry background and balsamic notes. On the palate it is delicate to begin with, sharp and saline on the taste buds and with a bitter almond aftertaste. It combines the elegance of Amontillado sherry and the complexity and body of an Oloroso.

Serve slightly chilled. A perfect accompaniment to nature cheese, Iberian ham, smoked dishes, and nut-based desserts.
