A reposado Sotol from the top Sotol producer, Hacienda de Chihuahua. A cousin to tequila distilled from the Sotol plant - the Dasylirion wheeleri (desert spoon) - the plants take 15 years to reach maturity, and it takes an entire plant to make just one bottle of sotol! The reposado is aged for six months in new charred French oak casks.

Nicely rounded aromas and sweet vanilla and floral notes alongsiide a spicy note from the sotol plant. Pleasingly smooth and elegant it's classically Mexican but with a subtly different feel.
