Chairman’s Reserve 1931 rum is a St Lucian blend of distillates from a Coffey still and three copper pot stills ranging from seven to twelve years, aged in Bourbon and Port casks. 90% of the blend is traditional molasses rum, while 10% is agricultural rum pot distilled from sugarcane growing around their distillery.

Sweet aromas of honeyed raisins and baking spices are balanced by toasty oak, leather and tobacco. The palate offers notes of rich sultanas, crème caramel, buttery toast, sweet grass and spicy oak.
