Launched in 2009, this is one of the more recent releases from Guyana's famous Diamond Distillery on the east bank of the mighty Demerara River. Made from spirit produced in the world's last Enmore two-column wooden still and aged for a minimum of 8 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels. Golden demerara rum from Guyana that works well in a cocktail but equally enjoyable on the rocks, not as heavy as the 12 or 15 year old.
