A delicious sustainable treat in the form of Discarded Vermouth. Cascara, the fruit of the coffee berry, has been discarded during production, wasting literally billions of tonnes of fruit. The berry is now used to make this delicious aperitif, as it is infused into a base spirit and then blended into fortified wine, alongside other botanicals to create a rich, fruity vermouth.
