A fresh, medium-bodied style with red and black berry fruit characters, and a hint of spice balanced by tangy acidity. Produced from Sangiovese grapes from the Salento peninsula in southern Puglia. Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks, with six days spent on skins. No oak ageing.
