- Tasting Note - As the name may suggest, this is from a higher altitude vineyard in the Southern Valleys area of Marlborough. Hand-picked grapes, barrel fermented in large barrels; aged for 10 months. Whilst still clearly still Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc, there is much more finesse on display here, good acidity, nice clean lines, clean fruit, some minerality too.
