- Tasting notes - In the glass it shows a straw-yellow color tending towards green. The aromas on the nose are fresh and lively, with notes of acacia, broom and white flowers that take over; then medicinal herbs and more mineral nuances. In the mouth it’s lively, drinks well, it’s very smooth, and characterized by a dry and savoury flavour. Finishes on a slight almond aftertaste.
