- Tasting Notes - Very pale yellow in colour, with very small bubbles, called “perlant”, that come from the Sur Lie vinification process. Citrus aromas of grapefruit and lemon skin on the nose. The wine is very fresh in mouth with bitter and citrus tones, well balanced with white flower and exotic fruit at the end. Dry, classy and versatile.
