- Tasting Note - Lovely soft fruit-forward Cru Bourgeois. Incredibly ripe and generous with a gorgeous satin-like texture and an abundance of blackberry sorbet fruit. Attack is well-rounded with nice tannins which give volume and fruity mark to the wine. Whilst not certified, organic they practice sustainable viticulture with minimum intervention. The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels – 1/4 new oak, which adds extra mouthfeel and structure. Lovely now, but for the patient collector, it will easily keep for a few years too.
