- Tasting Note - Hoof & Lur is a reference to the god Pan and his musical instrument. This wine is part of the low intervention range, with lower SO2 and no fining of filtration carried out. The colour is somewhere between pink and orange. The nose is beguiling, showing notes of loukoumi, rosehip and rose petals. Bright and vivacious on the palate, with that salty acidity Moschofilero is known for. Juicy flavours of pink grapefruit and strawberry, with a hint of basil sorbet.
