- Tasting Note - A celebration of elegance, purity and freshness. Beautifully layered aromas of nuts and oak spice, a hint of flint and an abundance of citrus and stone fruit. A mineral, chalky quality and sea spray deliver lift and freshness. Texture and weight are nicely balanced by lively acidity. There is a great drive and tension to the wine with flavours of citrus, fine toasty oak and a hint of nutmeg spice. The finish is long and moreish.
