- Tasting Note - A distinctive and complex wine with refreshing mineral notes, floral hints and earthy notes against a savoury backdrop. Remarkable acidity and tension on the palate lead to a deliciously crisp finish. Made in a traditional ‘talha’ – the local name for large clay amphorae – this is part of the collaborative NatCool series of wines. The idea is that these should be naturally made, drinkable, affordable wines with moderate alcohol, sold in litre bottles.
