The most traditional midday drink among friends in Barcelona. 

El Bandarra rojo is a smooth, appetising vermouth with a perfect bitter-sweet balance.

Serve with ice and a slice of orange. And you might as well throw in a couple of olives too, because, after all, life is short.

50cl of El Bandarra Rojo
25cl of gin (a Gordons, or a crafted local one will be fine)
25cl of blackcurrant liquor
Soda water topper

In a short glass with ice, pour in the El Bandarra, the gin and liquor, give it a good mix, then top with soda water, enjoy with a slice of orange.
