- Tasting Note - Kydonitsa is Greek for quince and this wine is true to its name showing ripe quince and nutty pistachio flavours. Vibrant yellow-green, nose and taste of tropical fruits, pleasant palate, excellent balance, crisp, fairly long finish.
- Great with - Spinach and Ricotta ravioli pasta, fresh lobster, grilled white fish and spring greens, sage and butter chicken, or cauliflower steaks, Ricotta, Buffalo Mozzarella, goat's cheese or Pecorino.
