Guerrieri Rizzardi Grappa di Amarone
This grappa is distilled, after the Amarone fermentation, which is between November and February, after the drying period of the grapes.
The grapes are mainly Corvina and small percentages of Rondinella, Barbera, Sangiovese hand-picked from our vines.
The grappa has an amber colour, due to the aging months in oak barrels. The main aromas are slightly smoked and roasted, with a vanilla nuance, combined with the purity of the fruit.
